The Wall - Italy

The Wall is back in Italy for a summer filled with making dreams come true. Previously hosted by Gerry Scotti, The Wall returns with comedian and presenter Max Giusti hosting a new version based on the US game show format. In this latest Italian edition, there is a new twist: the Lucky Ball offers the contestants the chance to increase their winnings by up to €100,000, or can wipe them out entirely. 40 brand new episodes, one every night, all summer long on Canale 5 in prime time! 

The Wall (Greece) - SKAI

The Wall is headed back to Greece with well-known presenter Christos Ferentinos fronting the local version for Skai. The gameshow was added to the NBCUniversal Formats catalog last year and the studio has been pushing it internationally, with hopes of creating new production hubs in Europe. The Greek version is the first since NBCU took over distribution.

Ferentinos (Greece’s Got Talent and Deal or No Deal Greece), is one of the country’s most recognizable TV and radio presenters. The version he is fronting will run to thirty episodes of sixty minutes. The Greek show will have a 12-meter-high Wall, with two players per episode facing the make-or-break questions, and a cash prize of up to €350,000 ($408,000).

The Wall (France) – Face Au Mur

Launched in France on TF1 in February with host French Christophe Dechavanne, The Wall quickly became France’s highest rated game show. Its launch scored the highest rated debut for a game show in the country since 2009, delivering an average audience of 4.35 million and just celebrated it’s 100th episode!

The Wall (Italy) – I Protagonisti

Airing on Italy’s Canale 5 and hosted by the very popular Gerry Scotti (Who Wants To Be A Millionaire/Money Drop) Season 1 of ” The Wall ” was a huge ratings success! Over 5,000,000 viewers watched it’s premiere with a share of 23.82% rising to 26.08% on the commercial target. Season 1 featured 50 unique episodes with an average of over 4,000,000 viewers and a 20.33% share of viewership.

The Wall (Spain) – Cambia Tu Vida

Recently debuting in Spain with a 90 minute format on Telecinco, The Wall ”Cambia Tu Vida” continues to build on the success of the US and French versions!  Hosted by Carlos Sobera, The Wall Cambia Tu Vida received a 17.3% share of the audience with 1,873,000 viewers. An excellent premiere with which Telecinco has managed to beat Antena 3’s Ninja Warrior with relative ease, earning the #1 spot!

The Wall (Germany)

Hosted by Frank Buschmann on Germany’s highly rated RTL, “The Wall” debuts convincingly – especially among the under-50s. On Saturday “The Wall” debuted performing well with 14- to 49-year-olds: 1.26 million young viewers matched an audience share of 16.1%. No other Primetime program had a higher result on Saturday. The Wall continues on Fridays and Saturdays in a double pack, 2 episodes per night!
